2014 कहे जा सकते ह>।

(क) िजसने कसी L यि के साथ िजसका जीवनसाथी जीिवत है, िववाह कया है अथवा िववाह को अनुबंिधत

कया है, या

(ख) िजसने अपने जीवनसाथी के जीिवत रहने पर कसी अ य L यि के साथ िववाह कया है अथवा िववाह का

अनुबंध कया है,

उJ त पद! पर िनयुि के िलए पा< नहM होगा:

बशत7 के Nीय सरकार यद संतु4 ट होती है क यह िववाह ऐसे L यि और िववाह मA दूसरे पO पर लागू पस0नल लॉ के

तहत अनुम य है और ऐसा करने के िलए वहां पर अ य आधार मौजूद ह>, कसी L यि को इस िनयम के वत0न से छूट दे सकती

है।

छूट का अिधकार.—जहां पर के Nीय सरकार का मत है क ऐसा करना आवQ यक या समीचीन है, आदेश ारा

और िलिखत मA दज0 कए जाने वाले कारण! का उ लेख करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के साथ परामश0 करके कसी वग0 या

Sेणी के L यिय! के संबंध मA इन िनयम! के कसी भी ावधान को छूट दे सकती है।

बचत

बचत.—के Nीय सरकार ारा समय-समय पर इस संबंध मA जारी आदेश! के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाित, अनुसूिचत

जनजाित, भूतपूव0 सैिनक और अ य िवशेष Sेिणय! के उ मीदवार! के िलए आरOण, आयु-सीमा मA छूट और दान क( जाने

वाली अपेिOत अ य Uरयायत! पर ये िनयम कसी भी Vप मA भावी नहM ह!गे।

पा<ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली

मानक(करण मA (योगशाला क( Z थापना और

संचालन मA अनुभव सिहत) हो योपैथी मA

अनुसंधान के िलए माग0दश0न अथवा िनद7शन मA

पांच वष[ का अनुभव।

वेतन अथवा वेतनमान मA क( गई सेवा माना

जाएगा, िसवाय उन मामल! के जहां पर वेतन के

पूव0 संशोिधत एक से अिधक वेतनमान! को एक

सामा य Fेड वेतन अथवा वेतमान के साथ एक

Fेड मA िमला दया गया है और वहां पर यह लाभ

केवल उ हM पद(d) तक िवZ ताUरत होगा जहां पर

वह Fेड वेतन अथवा वेतनमान िबना कसी

उ नयन के सामा य ितZ थापन Fेड है ।

G.S.R. 909(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Director and Deputy Directors, Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Ghaziabad (Group ‘A’,

Technical Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2003, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Director and Deputy

Director, Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Ghaziabad, Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani,

Siddha and Homoeopathy namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and

Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, Homoeopathy Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Ghaziabad (Director and

Deputy Director Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale .—The number of posts, their

classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. .—The method of recruitment, age limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.— No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions

required to be provided for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.
