A-22013/2/2003-Admn.B.— In pursuance of the

powers conferred by Section-3 of the Public Premises

(Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971, the

Central Government hereby appoints Shri Brindaban,

Assistant Director of Estates (Litigation) to act as Estates

Officer in the Directorate of Estates with immediate effect.
