निलिखत िविन0द1 ट आय के संबंध म* अिधसूिचत करती है, अथा$त:-
i)
सहायता अनुदान;
ii)
सहायता अनुदान पर अ8जत 9 याज;

यह अिधसूचना 'नॉथ$ ई( ट स*टर फॉर टे नॉलॉजी ए, लीकेशन एंड रीच' क
उपरो त िविन0द1 ट आय के िलए कर-िनधा$रण वष$
2012-13 से 2016-17 तक लागू होगी।
3.
यह अिधसूचना िन
निलिखत शत> के अधीन होगी, अथा$त:-
(क) उ त fudk; कसी वािणि?यक गितिविध म* शािमल नह@ होगी;
(ख) उ त fudk; क
गितिविधयां और िविन0द1 ट आय क
कृित पूरे िव त वष$ म* अप%रव8तत रहती है; और
(ग)
उ त fudk; उ त अिधिनयम क
धारा 139 क
उप-धारा (4ग) के खंड (छ) के उपबंध के अनुसार आय क
िववरणी दािखल
करती है।

उ त fudk; ारा ा, त अनुदान को चिलत िनयम और िविनयम के अनुसार ा, त और योग कया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2014
S.O. 3263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of
1961), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said clause, the ^North East Centre for Technology
Application and Reach*, a body constituted by the Central Government, in respect of the following specified income
arising to the said Commission, namely:-
i)
grants-in-aid;
ii) interest earned on grants-in-aid.
2.
This notification shall be applicable for the above specified income of the ^North East Centre* for ^Technology
Application and Reach*, for the assessment year 2013-2014 to 2017-2018.
3.
The notification shall be subject to the following conditions, namely:-
a) the said body shall not engage in any commercial activity:
b) the activities and the nature of the specified income of the said body remain unchanged throughout the
financial year; and
c) the said body files return of income in accordance with the provision of clause (g) of sub-section (4C) of
Section 139 of the said Act.
4.
The grants received by the said body shall be received and applied in accordance with the prevailing rules and
regulations.
