3258(अ).—आयकर अिधिनयम, 1961 (1961 का 43) क धारा 10 के खंड (46) ारा द त शि तय का

योग करते ए, के सरकार एत!ारा उ त खंड के योजनाथ& कना&टक सरकार ारा ग(ठत सं+ था 'कना&टक क , यूटराइजेशन

ऑफ पुिलस सोसाइटी' को उ त सं+ था को होने वाली िन निलिखत िविन1द2 ट आय के संबंध म5 अिधसूिचत करती है, अथा&त्:-

(क) भारत सरकार से सहायता अनुदान के 8प म5 ा, त रािश;

(ख) भारत सरकार से सहायता अनुदान पर अ;जत < याज।

2. यह अिधसूचना िव त वष& 2013-14 से 2017-18 तक लागू होगी।

3. यह अिधसूचना िन निलिखत शत? के अधीन होगी क कना&टक क , यूटराइजेशन ऑफ पुिलस सोसाइटी:

(क) कसी वािणिAयक गितिविध म5 शािमल नहB होगी;

(ख) इसक गितिविधयां और िविन1द2 ट आय क कृित पूरे िव त वष& म5 अप(रव;तत रहती है; और

(ग) यहउ त अिधिनयम क धारा 139 क उप-धारा (4ग) के खंड (छ) के उपबंध के अनुसार आय क िववरणी दािखल

करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2014

S.O. 3258(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961

(43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said clause, the “Karnataka Computerisation

of Police Society”, a body constituted by the Government of Karnataka in respect of the following specified income

arising to that Society, namely:-

(a) amount received in the form of grants-in-aid from Government of India;

(b) interest earned on grants-in-aid from Government of India.

2. This notification shall be applicable for the financial years 2013-2014 to 2017-2018.

3. The notification shall be subject to the following conditions that Karnataka Computerization of Police Society:

(a) shall not engage in any commercial activity;

(b) its activities and the nature of the specified income remain unchanged throughout the financial year; and

(c) it files return of income in accordance with the provision of clause (g) of sub-section (4C) section 139 of the

said Act.
