910(अ).).).).—केीय सरकार, िशु अिधिनयम, 1961 (1961 का 52) क धारा 37 क

उप-धारा (1) ारा द त शि तय का योग करते #ए के ीय िशुता प&रषद् से परामश) करने के प* चात् ,

िशुता िनयम, 1992 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा)त् :—

1. (1) इन िनयम का संि/ त नाम िशुता (चौथा संशोधन) िनयम, 2014 है ।

(2) ये राजप1 म2 उनके काशन क तारीख को वृ त ह गे ।

िशुता िनयम, 1992 के िनयम 11 के उप-िनयम (2) के खंड (क), खंड (ख), खंड (ग), खंड (घ) और खंड

(ड.) और उनसे संबंिधत िवि:य के ;थान पर िन निलिखत िवि:यां रखी जाएंगी, अथा)त्:—

"(क) ; नातक िशु 4984 <पए ितमास

(ख) स2डिवच पा>?म 3542 <पए ितमास

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th December, 2014

G.S.R. 910(E).──In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the Apprentices Act,

1961 (52 of 1961), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Apprenticeship Council, hereby makes the

following rules further to amend the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, namely: —

1. (1) These rules may be called the Apprenticeship (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Apprenticeship Rules 1992, in rule 11, in sub-rule (2), for clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) and the

entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—

“(a)

Graduate Apprentices

Rs. 4984 per month

(b)

Sandwich Course

Rs. 3542 per month

(Students from Degree Institutions)

(c)

Technician Apprentices

Rs. 3542 per month

(d)

Sandwich course

Rs. 2890 per month

(Students from Diploma Institutions)

(e)

Technician (Vocational) Apprentices

Rs. 2758 per month”.
