S.O. 3265(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred under clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the

President hereby directs that the functions of the appropriate Government under the Sexual Harassment of Women at

Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (14 of 2013), shall be discharged, in relation to the Union

Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, by the Administrator of respective Union Territory.:-
