New Delhi, the 29th December, 2014

S.O. 3298(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 5 of the Drugs and Cosmetics

Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Health & Family Welfare, No. S.O. 722(E) dated the 8th April, 2011, the Central Government hereby

reconstitutes the Drugs Technical Advisory Board (DTAB) consisting of the following members, namely:—
