S.O. 3304 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

vide Notification No. 33/94-Customs(NT) dated 1-7-1994

of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi issued under clause

(a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 read with

Notification No. 14/2002-Cus.(N.T.) Dated 07-03-2002, as

amended. I Deepa B. DasGupta, Chief Commissioner of

Customs & Central Excise, Visakhapatnam Zone, hereby

declare Punjulurupadu Village, Venkatachalam Mandal,

SPSR Nellore District, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, to be

a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs

Act 1962.
