NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2014

S.O. 3326(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Labour Laws

(Exemption from Furnishing Returns and Miantaining

Registers by certain Establishments) Amendment Act, 2014

(30 of 2014), the Central Government hereby appoints the

1st day of January, 2015 as the date on whcih the said Act

shal come into force.
