NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2015

S.O. 11(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the

following amendment in the notification of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,

number S.O. 2788(E), dated the 14th September, 2013,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), 14th September, 2013,

namely :—

In the Schedule to the said Notification, against serial

number 3 relating to District ‘Bhavnagar’ in column No. 2

for the words “Deputy Collector, Mahuva”, “Asstt.

Collector, Mahuva” may be read.
