यह अिधसूचना इसे जारी करने क ितिथ से 6भावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2014

S.O. 15(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right

of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) Shri Dilip D. Jagdale, Dy. Collector, Government of Maharashtra is hereby

authorized to perform the functions of Competent Authority; under the Act of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation

Limited’s Mumbai Pune Solapur Pipeline in the place of Shri Sanjeev Jadhav.

2. This issues in modification of the Government of India Notification number S.O. 264 dated 20th January,

2005, S.O. 2846 dated 8th August, 2005 and S.O. 676 dated 24th March, 2008.

This notification will be effective from date of issue.
