NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 1st January, 2015

S.O. 7(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub–section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the

Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O 2415(E) dt. the 17th September, 2014

published in the Govt. of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3 of Sub-section (i) dated 17th September, 2014

namely:—

In the schedule of the aforesaid notification on page No. 08, Column No. 02, line No. 01, the district “Thane”

may be read as District “Palghar”.
