NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2014

G.S.R. 04(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy,

Administrative Officer (Grade II) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :-

1.

(1) These rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Administrative Officer

(Grade II) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Schedule to the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Administrative Officer (Grade II)

Recruitment Rules, 2014, for the entries under column (10), the following entries shall be substituted, namely: —

“50% by composite method {deputation including short-term contract (ISTC)}/promotion; and

50% by deputation / absorption”.
