आयोग (िजसे इसके प. चात आयोग कहा जाएगा) म/ पांच वष1 क अविध के िलए सद* य के 3प म/ िनयुि5 क

सूचना कािशत क थी;

और यत: डॉ. मोिह% दर &सह ने 30 िसत6 बर, 2014 को अपना 8 यागप दे दया था;

अत: अब रा' (ीय अ पसं" यक शैिक सं* था अिधिनयम, 2004 (2005 का 2) क धारा 5 क उप-धारा 4

के साथ प9ठत धारा 3 क उप-धारा (2) ;ारा द8 त शि5य< का योग करते =ए के% > सरकार एत?ारा

डॉ. मोिह% दर &सह क असमा@ त अविध तक डॉ. नािहद आिबदी को उB त आयोग म/ 7 अैल, 2015 से िजस ितिथ

से वे काय1भार Cहण कर/गी, सद* य के 3प म/ िनयु B त करती है।

वह अपने ;ारा वत1मान म/ धा9रत कसी अ% य पद को 8 यागने का िववरण * तुत कर/गी।

डॉ. नािहद आिबदी का मु" यालय नई द ली म/ होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th January, 2015

S.O. 113(E).—Whereas the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher

Education vide notification No. F. 7-8/2009-MC, dated the 6th April, 2010, published the appointment of

Dr. Mohinder Singh as Member in the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (hereinafter

referred to as the said Commission) for a term of five years;

And whereas Dr. Mohinder Singh has tendered his resignation on the 30th September, 2014;

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of Section 3 read with

sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004 (2 of

2005), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Naheed Abidi as Member of the said Commission for

the unexpired period of the term of Dr. Mohinder Singh upto 7th April, 2015, from the date on which she

assumes office.

2.

She shall furnish a statement of having relinquished any other office currently held by her.

3.

The headquarters of Dr. Naheed Abidi will be New Delhi.
