NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2015

S.O. 107(E).–In exercise of power conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48

of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in

the Ministry of Road Transport and Higwhays No. S.O. 935(E), dated the 29th April, 2011 published in the Gazette of

India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 29th April, 2011, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification,

(a) In S. No. 1, against column No. 2 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk “Patthalgaon” in the last column name of

village, after entry “(23) Patrapali” the entries shall be inserted namely “(24) Pathalgaon Kalan”, “(25) Katangjor”, and

“(26) Turwa Aama”.

(b) In S. No. 1, against column No. 5 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk “Bagbahar” the entries shall be inserted

namely “Patthalgaon”.

(d) In S. No. 2, against column No. 2 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk “Bageecha” in the last column name of

village, after entry “(10) Mudatoli” the entries shall be inserted namely “(11) Madiya Jharia”,

(e) In S. No. 2, against column No. 3 relating to District “Jashpur” Stretch of Land “Km. 493.800 to Km. 513.600” the

entries shall be inserted namely “Km. 492.200 to Km. 512.000”.

(f) In S. No. 3, against column No. 2 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk “Kunkuri” in the last column name of

village, after entry “(24)Ginabahar” the entries shall be inserted namely “(25) Bodatongri”, “(26) Tamasidha”,

“(27) Dondhibahar”, “(28) Barangjor”, “(29) Kunkuri”, “(30)” Charaidaand”, “(31) Bodachhapar”, “(32) Khutitoli”, and

“(33) Champatoli”.

(g) In S. No. 3, against column No. 5 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk “Duldulla” the entries shall be inserted

namely “Kunkuri”.

(h) In S. No. 3, against column No. 3 relating to District “Jashpur” Stretch of Land “Km. 513.600 to Km. 562.600” the

entries shall be inserted namely “Km. 512.000 to Km. 562.600”.
