NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2015

S.O. 108(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Unorganised

Workers’ Social Security Act, 2008 (33 of 2008) read with rule 3 of the Unorganised Workers’

Social Security Rules, 2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in

the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment vide

S.O. 427(E), the dated 22nd February, 2013, New Delhi.

In the said notification, (a) under the heading “Appointed under clause (a) of sub-section

(2) of section 5” for serial no. 1 and entries relating there to, the following serial no and entries

shall be substituted, namely :—

(b) under the heading “Nominated under sub-clause (iv) of clause (c) of sub-section (2) of
