कया है ।
2. अत: अब केUæ सरकार एतद~}kरा मे ो रेल (संकम" का सं#नमा$ण) अध#नयम, 1978 क& धारा 32 क& उप-धारा (1) के
खंड (क) }kरा )दÙk शि+तय- का )योग करते हुए mDr अध#नयम क& अनुसूची म2 मुंबई महानगर 1े के 8लए नवी eqEcbZ मे ो
लाइन-1 (बेलापुर से प2ढार) के #नEu8ल;खत मे ो एलाइनम2ट को शा8मल करती है, नामत: :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th January, 2015
S.O. 124(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of
Section 1 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), the
Central Government, in the Ministry of Urban Development, vide its notification number
S.O. 2625(E), dated the 16th October, 2009, has applied the Metro Railways (Construction of
Works) Act, 1978 to the Metropolitan Area of Mumbai.
2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of
section 32 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central

Government hereby adds the following metro alignment of Navi Mumbai Metro Line-1 (Belapur to
Pendhar) in respect of the metropolitan area of Mumbai to the Schedule of the said Act, namely :—
“The Metropolitan Area of Mumbai
