िवमान प न परयोजना के यू गरया से िततुमीर $टेशन तक एवं उनसे जुड़े अय काय+ के िलए अनुसूची म

िविन-द. भूिम, भवन, पथ, सड़क , रा$ते या उनके उपयोग के अिधकार या सुखािधकार अपेि1त है;

और, के3ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है
क ऐसी भूिम, भवन, पथ, सड़क, रा$ते या उनम

उपयोग के अिधकार या सुखािधकार लोक 6योजन के िलए अपेि1त है ;

और, अनुसूची म िविन-द. 1े7 का रेखांक िजसे रेखांक सं. आरवीएनएल/ल8ड/: लान/03/6ाइवेट म

दशाया गया है, स1म 6ािधकारी के कायालय 39/1, रासिबहारी एवेयू (6थम तल), कोलकाता-700026 म

िनरी1ण के िलए उपल<ध है;

अत:, अब, के3ीय सरकार, भूिमगत रेल (संकम सि=माण) अिधिनयम, 1978 (1978 का 33) क>

धारा 7 क> उप-धारा (1) ?ारा 6द शि@यA का 6योग करते Bए, अनुसूची म यथािविन-द. भूिम, भवन, पथ,

सड़क, रा$ते या नाले या उनके उपयोग के अिधकार या सुखािधकार को अCजत करने के अपने आशय क> घोषणा

करती है;

METRO RAILWAY

NOTIFICATION

Kolkata, the 24th December, 2014

S.O. 146(E).— Whereas, the land, building, street, road, passage or the right of user or easement

therein, specified in the Schedule, are required for the purpose of construction of Metro Railway from New

Garia to Titumir Station of New Garia – DumDum Airport project and other works connected therewith in the

metropolitan City of Kolkata;

And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that such requirement of land, building, street,

road, passage or the right of user or easement therein are required for public purpose;

And whereas, the plan bearing drawing number RVNL/LAND/PLAN/03/PVT of the area specified in

the Schedule, is available for inspection in the office of the competent authority at 39/1, Rash Bihari Avenue,

(1st Floor), Kolkata-700026;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Metro

Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), the Central Government hereby declares its

intention to acquire the land, building, street, road, passage or the right of user or easement therein, as

specified in the Schedule;

Any person interested in the said land, building, street, road, passage or the right of user or easement

therein, as mentioned in the Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of publication of the

substance of this notification, object to such acquisition and forward the objections, if any, to the competent

authority in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof.
