New Delhi, the 24th November, 2014

S.O. 175(E)-—In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines

(Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes

Shri Pushpendra Singh, RAS, Government of Rajasthan to perform the functions of Competent Authority for

Mundra Delhi Petroleum Product Pipeline of Hindustan Pertoleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) under the

said Act, within the Territory of the State of Rajasthan.
