NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2015

S.O. 178(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956) read with the National Highways Fee

(Determination of Rate and Collection) Rules, 2008, the

Central Government by notification number S.O. 2548(E),

dated 06.10.2009 of the Government of India has authorized

Government of Rajasthan acting through Chief Engineer

(National Highways), Public Works Department, Jaipur,

Rajasthan to collect fee on mechanical vehicles for the use

of the Morel Bridge at km. 63 on National Highways

No. 11 A (Dausa-Lalsot-Kothun) in the State of Rajasthan.

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section

7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) read rule

3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates

and Collection) Rules, 2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E)

dated 5.12.2008, the Central Government hereby rescinds

the notification number S.O. 2548 (E), dated 6.10.2009.
