Shillong, the 13th January, 2015

S.O. 204(E).—In exercise of the powers delegated

to the undersinged vide Notification No. 33/94-Customs

(N. T.) dated 1st July 1994 issued by the Government of

India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New

Delhi under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act,

1962, I hereby declare Them Marwet, Khanapara Area under

Ri-Bhoi District in the State of Meghalaya to be a

warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act,

1962.
