NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd January, 2015

S.O. 220(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Sub-section (3) (d) of Section 3 of the Oil Inudstry

(Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974), the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Prabendra Kumar, General

Secretary, Shramik Vikas Parishad , Barauni Refinery of

IOCL as a member of the Oil Industry Development Board

with effect from 20-01-2015 to 19-01-2017 or until further

orders, whichever is earlier.
