NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd January, 2015
S.O. 226 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) read with rule 3 of the National Board for Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises Rules, 2006 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 1375 (E), dated the 27th May, 2013, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 27th May, 2013, except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby establishes the National Board for Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises for the purposes of the said Act, which shall consist of the following members,
