NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2015

S.O. 235(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (3) section 110 of the Motor Vehicle Act,

1988 (59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby exempts

agricultural trailers from the purview of sub-rule (3) of rule

97 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 till 1st January,

2016 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
