New Delhi, the 27th January, 2015

S.O. 262(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-section (3) of Section 5 read with

clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the University Grants Commission, Act, 1956 (3 of 1956), the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Inder Mohan Kapahy, Professor, School of Applied Sciences, Maharaja Agrasen

University, Himachal Pradesh, as a Member of the University Grants Commission with immediate effect for a term of

three years or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
