ORDER

New Delhi, the 31st January, 2015

S.O. 305(E).—In pursuance of clause 20B of the

Fertiliser (Control) Order,1985, [made under Section 3

of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955)], the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendments in

the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of

Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1102(E), dated

the 15th May, 2012, namely:—

In the opening paragraph of the said notification, for

the words ‘‘three years’’, the words ‘‘four years’’ shall be

substituted.
