NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th December, 2014

S.O. 315(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of

Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in modification of notification of the Government of India in

Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 2876 dated the 19th November, 2010, the Central Government hereby

authorizes Shri Sampat Dawkhar, Dy. Collector (Pune Division, Dist. Pune) to perform the functions of the Competent

Authority for Uran to Chakan/Shikrapur LPG Pipeline Project in the State of Maharashtra of Hindustan Petroleum

Corporation Limited, under the said Act, within the State of Maharashtra.

This notification will be effective from the date of issue.
