फ45 ड-सह-योगशाला प%रचर और बकाय: कम:चारीवृ(द, ‘समूह ग’ पद) भत; िनयम, 2014 म< संशोधन हेतु िन= निलिखत िनयम बनाते ह?

(i) इन िनयम का संि+A नाम कृिष मं"ालय, कृिष और सहका%रता िवभाग, रा ीय जैिवक खेती के( ) तथा +े"ीय

जैिवक खेती के( ) (लेखाकार, उ/ 0ेणी िलिपक, अवर 0ेणी िलिपक, फ45 ड-सह-योगशाला प%रचर और बकाय: कम:चारीवृ(द, ‘समूह ग’

पद) भत; (संशोधन) िनयम, 2015 कहा जाए ।

(ii) ये राजप" म< काशन क4 तारीख को वृत हगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2015

G.S.R. 922(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of Constitution, the President

hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Centre of Organic Farming and Regional Centres of Organic

Farming, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, (Group ‘C’ posts of Accountant, Upper

Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Field-cum-Lab Attendant and Multi Tasking Staff), Recruitment Rules, 2014,

namely:-

1.

(1) These rules may be called National Centre of Organic Farming and Regional Centres of Organic Farming,

Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, (Group ‘C’ posts of Accountant, Upper

Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Field-cum-Lab Attendant and Multi Tasking Staff), Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the National Centre of Organic Farming and Regional Centres of Organic Farming, Department of Agriculture

and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, (Group ‘C’ posts of Accountant, Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk,

Field-cum-Lab Attendant and Multi Tasking Staff), Recruitment Rules, 2014, in the schedule, against serial number 4

relating to the post of Field-cum-Lab Attendant, for the existing entry in column (6), the following entry shall be

substituted, namely:-

“Between 18-25 years.

(Relaxable for Government servants upto forty years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the

Central Government).

Note: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be as fixed by the Staff Selection Commission.”
