सं. 54-ईएल(1)/13/2015.—अिधसूचना सं 54-ईएल(1)/2/2015 तारीख 3 िसतंबर, 2015 के ᳇ारा तारीख 16 ᳰदसंबर,

2015 से तारीख 8 जनवरी, 2016 कᳱ तारीखᲂ को मतगणना कᳱ तारीखᲂ और 11 जनवरी, 2016 को पᳯरणाम कᳱ घोषणा कᳱ तारीख के

ᱨप मᱶ अिधसूिचत ᳰकया गया था और चे᭠ नई तथा दिᭃणी ᭃेᮢ के अ᭠ य भागᲂ मᱶ लगातार घनघोर वषाᭅ और पाᳯरणािमक बाढ़ के कारण,

तारीख 7 ᳰदसंबर, 2015 कᳱ अिधसूचना सं. 54-ईएल(1)/12/2015 के ᳇ारा दिᭃणी ᭃेᮢ के कितपय मतदान बूथᲂ मᱶ मतदान को 18 और

19 ᳰदसंबर, 2015 तक आ᭭ थिगत कर ᳰदया गया था । मतदान कᳱ तारीखᲂ के आ᭭ थगन के कारण, कायाᭅलय के िलए दिᭃणी ᭃेᮢ के

कितपय अव᭭ थानᲂ पर मतगणना और मतदान के कायᲄ के संचालन कᳱ एकसाथ मानीटरी करना कᳯठन होगा ।

अत:, अब, उपरो᭍ त अिनवायᭅ कारणᲂ को ᭟ यान मᱶ रखते ᱟए और चाटᭅडᭅ अकाउंटᱶ᭗स िविनयम, 1988 के िविनयम 134 के

उपिविनयम (10) के साथ पᳯठत चाटᭅडᭅ अकाउंटᱶ᭗स (पᳯरषद् का िनवाᭅचन) िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 4 के उपिनयम (3) के अधीन ᮧद᭜ त

शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, सं᭭ थान कᳱ तेइसवᱭ पᳯरषद् और बाइसवᱭ ᮧादेिशक पᳯरषदᲂ के िनवाᭅचन के अ᭤ यᳶथयᲂ कᳱ साधारण

जानकारी के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत पुनरीिᭃत तारीखᲂ को अिधसूिचत ᳰकया जाता है :--

1. मतᲂ कᳱ गणना कᳱ तारीखᱶ :

20.12.2015 से 12.01.2016

2. पᳯरणामᲂ कᳱ घोषणा कᳱ तारीख

:

15.01.2016* (अ᳒तन)

*िनवाᭅचन िववाद आवेदन फाइल करने के िलए पᳯरसीमा कᳱ अविध का अवधारण करने के ᮧयोजन के िलए गणना मᱶ ली जाने वाली

तारीख वह होगी, िजसको अंतत: पᳯरणामᲂ कᳱ घोषणा को राजपᮢ मᱶ अिधसूिचत ᳰकया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 10^th December, 2015

No. 54-EL(1)/13/2015.—Whereas vide Notification No. 54-EL(1)/2/2015 dated 3^rd September, 2015, 16^th

December, 2015 to 8^th January, 2016 were notified as the dates of counting of votes and 11^th January, 2016 for

declaration of result. And whereas, due to incessant rains and consequent flooding in Chennai and other parts of the

Southern Region, the polling was postponed to 18^th and 19^th December, 2015 in certain polling booths in Southern

Region vide Notification No. 54-EL(1)/12/2015 dated 7^th December, 2015. Arising out of postponement of dates of

polling, it would be difficult for the office to monitor and conduct the tasks of counting of votes and polling in certain

locations in Southern Region simultaneously.

Now therefore, in view of above compelling reason and in exercise of powers conferred under sub-rule (3) of

rule 4 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, read with sub-regulation (10) of regulation

134 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the following revised dates are hereby notified for general

information of the candidates for election to the twenty third Council and twenty second Regional Councils of the

Institute:-

1. Dates of counting of votes

:

20.12.2015 to 12.01.2016

2. The date of declaration of results

:

15.1.2016* (latest)

* The date to be reckoned for the purpose of determining the limitation period for filing election dispute

application shall be the date on which the declaration of results is eventually notified in the Gazette of India.
