नई ᳰद᭨ली, 11 ᳰदस᭥ बर, 2015

का. आ. 3362(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसमᱶ

इसके प᳟ात् उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है) कᳱ धारा 3क कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदत शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए,

इस संतुि᳥ के प᳟ात् ᳰक सावᭅजिनक ᮧयोजन के िलए आंᮥ ᮧदेश रा᭔य के ᮧकाशम िजले मᱶ रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ

सं᭎या 565 के 294/000 ᳰक.मी. से 361/327 ᳰक.मी. (व᭏गा᭥प᭨लीसेडोनᭅला “टी” जं᭍शन) के भूिम खंड के िनमाᭅण

(चौड़ीकरण/2 लेन का बनाने, आᳰद), अनुरᭃण, ᮧबंधन और ᮧचालन हेतु वह भूिम अपेिᭃत है, िजसका संिᭃ᳙

िववरण उपाब᳍ अनुसूची मᱶ ᳰदया गया है, एतद्}kjk ऐसी भूिम के अजᭅन करने के अपने आशय कᳱ घोषणा

करती है ।

उᲦ भूिम मᱶिहतब᳍ कोई भी ᳞िᲦ, शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकािशत होने कᳱ तारीख से

इᲥᳱस ᳰदन के अंदर उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3ग कᳱ उपधारा (1) के अंतगतᭅ उपयुᭅᲦ उ᳎े᭫य के िलए ऐसी भूिम के

उपयोग पर आपिᱫ ᮧकट कर सकता है ।

इस ᮧकार कᳱ ᮧ᭜येक आपिᱫ सᭃम ᮧािधकारी अथाᭅत् अितᳯर᭍ त संयु᭍ त कले᭍ टर ᮧकाश मंिजला Აगोल

को िलिखत ᱨप मᱶ कᳱ जायेगी और उसमᱶ उसके आधार अिधकिथत ᳰकये जाएंगे और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ᱨप से या

᭪ यिᲦगत आपिᱫकताᭅ को ᳰकसी िविध ᭪ यवसायी ᳇ारा सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसी आपिᱫयᲂ ᳰक सुनवाई

के प᭫ चात तथा ऐसी और जॉच करने के प᭫ चात यᳰद कोई हो आदेश ᳇ारा या तो, आव᭫ यक समझे िजसे सᭃम

ᮧािधकारी आपितयᲂ को अनु᭄ात कर सकेगा या अननु᭄ात कर सकेगा ।

उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3ग कᳱ उपधारा (2) के अधीन सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया कोई आदेश

अंितम होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th December, 2015

S.O. 3362(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of section 3A of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after

being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule

below, is required for building (widening), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway

No-565, on the stretch of the land from Km 294/0 to Km 361/327 (Vaggampalli to Dornala ‘T’ Junction) in

PrakasamDistrict in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty–one days from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose, under sub-

section 10 of section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Additional Joint Collector,

Prakasam District, Ongole, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall

give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after

hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks

necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall

be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
