1993 (1993 का 51) क% धारा 36 (ारा )द शि+य का )योग करते .ए, ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अिधकरण,

1द2ली म4 कोट6 माटर के पद पर भत8 क% प9ित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन; निलिखत िनयम बनाती है,

अथा6त्:—

1. संि नाम और ारंभ.– (1) इन िनयम का संि>? नाम ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अिधकरण, 1द2ली (कोट6

माटर) भत8 िनयम, 2015 है ।

(2) ये िनयम राजपE म4 )काशन क% तारीख को )वृ हगे ।

2. आरंिभक गठन.– ऐसे Iि+ जो ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अिधकरण, 1द2ली म4 िनयिमत आधार पर कोट6 माटर

का पद धारण 1कए .ए ह , इन िनयम के )ारंभ पर य1द ऐसे Iि+ इन िनयम के )ारंभ क% तारीख से तीस 1दन के

भीतर ऐसे पद का चयन करते ह , इन िनयम के अधीन उसी Mप म4 िनयु+ 1कया गया समझा जाएगा। इन िनयम

के )ारंभ से पहले कोट6 माटर के पद म4 उनके (ारा क% गई िनयिमत सेवा को पRरवी>ा क% अविध, पुिS और

अगली उTतर Uेणी म4 )ोVित के )योजन के िलए गणना म4 िलया जाएगा।

परतु य1द केीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है 1क ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Iि+ और िववाह के अय प>कार

को लागू वीय िविध के अधीन अनु_ेय हो और ऐसा करने के अय आधार ह , तो 1कसी Iि+ को इस िनयम के

)वत6न से छूट दे सकेगी।

बाबत, आदेश (ारा िशिथल कर सकेगी।

7. 6ावृि8.– इन िनयम क% कोई बात ऐसे आर>ण, आयु सीमा म4 छूट और अय Rरयायत पर )भाव नह^ डालेगी

िजनका केीय सरकार (ारा इस संबंध म4 समय-समय पर जारी 1कए गए आदेश के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितय,

अनुसूिचत जनजाितय, भूतपूव6 सैिनक, िनशb तजन और अय िवशेष )वग6 के Iि+य के िलए उपबंध करना

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11^th December, 2015

G.S.R. 957(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and

Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi

(Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Initial Constitution.- The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi,

on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under these rules,

if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service rendered by

them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation

period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.

3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, pay

band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters related thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.- No person –

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 959(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and

Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata

(Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Initial Constitution.- The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal,

Kolkata, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under

these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service

rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose

of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.

3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, pay

band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters related thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.—No person –

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

G.S.R. 960(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and

Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad

(Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Initial Constitution.—The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal,

Allahabad, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under

these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service

rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose

of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.

3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of post, its classification,

pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters related thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.- No person –

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
