New Delhi, the 14^th December, 2015

S. O. 3388(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies

(Amendment) Act, 2015 (21 of 2015), the Central Government hereby appoints the 14^th day of December,

2015 as the date on which the provisions of section 13 and 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
