NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2015

S.O. 3289(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees’ State Insurance

Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. No.1523(E) dated 13^th June,

2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) dated the 13^th June,

2013.

In the said Notification at S.No.1 to 7 following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
