सा.का.िन. 973(अ).— कमᭅचारी रा᭔ य बीमा िनगम(कᱶᮤीय) िनयमावली, 1950 मᱶ आगे संशोधन हेतु

कुछेक िनयमᲂ का िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧाᱨप, िजसे कᱶᮤीय सरकार, कमᭅचारी रा᭔ य बीमा िनगम से परामशᭅ के प᭫ चात,

कमᭅचारी रा᭔ य बीमा अिधिनयम-1948 (1948 का 34) कᳱ धारा 95 ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए

बनाने का ᮧ᭭ ताव करती है, उ᭍ त धारा के उप धारा(1) कᳱ अपेᭃानुसार उससे ᮧभािवत हो सकने वाले सभी

᭪ यिᲦयᲂ के सूचनाथᭅ एत᳏ारा ᮧकािशत ᳰकया जा रहा है तथा एत᳏ारा नोᳯटस ᳰदया जाता है ᳰक सरकारी राजपᮢ,

िजसमᱶ यह अिधसूचना ᮧकािशत कᳱ जाएगी, कᳱ ᮧितयां जनता को उपल᭣ ध होने कᳱ तारीख से तीस ᳰदनᲂ कᳱ

अविध समा᭡ त होने के प᭫ चात, उ᭍ त ᮧाᱨप िनयमᲂ पर िवचार ᳰकया जाएगा,

उ᭍ त ᮧाᱨप िनयमᲂ के संबंध मᱶ ᳰकसी ᭪ यिᲦ से िविन᳸द᭬ ट अविध के भीतर कोई आपिᱫ अथवा सुझाव

ᮧा᭡ त होता है तो कᱶᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा उस पर िवचार ᳰकया जाएगा।

यᳰद कोई आपिᱫ तथा सुझाव हᲂ, तो अवर सिचव, सामािजक सुरᭃा ᮧभाग, ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢालय,

1. इन िनयमᲂ को कमᭅचारी रा᭔ य बीमा िनगम(कᱶᮤीय) संशोधन िनयमावली, 2015 कहा जाए ।

भाग-II, खंड-3, उप खंड(I) मᱶ ᮧकािशत कᳱ गई थी तथा अिधसूचना सं᭎ या जी.एस.आर.667(ड.), ᳰदनांक

01 अ᭍ तूबर, 2013 ᳇ारा अंितम संशोिधत कᳱ गई थी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2015

G.S.R. 973(E).— The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Employees' State

Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950, which the Central Government, after consultation with the Employees' State

Insurance Corporation, proposes to make in exercise of the power conferred by section 95 of the Employees'

State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section

for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules

shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies

of the Official Gazette in which this notification published, are made available to the public;

Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft

rules within the period specified above, shall be considered by the Central Government.

The objections and suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Under Secretary, Social Security

Division, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110119 (e-

mail: [email protected]).

Draft rules

1. These rules may be called the Employees' State Insurance (Central) Amendment Rules, 2015

2. In rule 52 for the words 'rupees one hundred' the words 'rupees one hundred thirty seven' shall be

substituted in the Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950,
