NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, 16^th December, 2015

S.O. 3433(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway S.O 1650(E) dated 22.06.2015, Published in the

Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated 22.06.2015, namely:—

In the Schedule to the said notification-

Against Serial number 3 relating to district “Latur”, against taluka “Ausa”, police station “Ausa” respectively, in

column (7), the entry “(1) Ausa Rural” shall be replace with "Ausa", the entry (5) "Budhada" shall be replace

with the "Budhoda".

ii)

Against Serial number 3 relating to district “Latur”, against taluka “Latur”, Police station “Latur Rural”

respectively, in column (7), the entry (7) “Sirsi” shall be replace with "Sirshi", the entry (8) "Sonavati" shall be

replace with the "Sonvati".

iii)

Against Serial number 3 relating to district “Latur”, against taluka “Latur”, Police station “Gandhi Chowk”

respectively, in column (7), the entry (21) “Latur MCI” shall be replace with "Latur Kanheri", after the entry

(21) "Latur Kanheri" the entry (21A) “Latur Kaseb” shall respectively be inserted.

iv)

Against Serial number 3 relating to district “Latur”, against taluka “Chakur”, Police station “Chakur”

respectively, in column (7), after the entry (8) “Gharani” the entry (8A) “Bansawargaon” shall be instered, the

entry (9) “Mohanar” shall be replace with "Mohanal", the entry (18) "Kadmuli" shall be replace with

“Kadmugli” the entry (20) “Mashanerwadi” shall be replace with the “Mansnerwadi”.

Against Serial number 3 relating to district “Latur”, against taluka “Ahemadpur”, Police station “Ahemadpur”

respectively, in column (7), the entry (14) “Thodaga” shall be replace with "Dhodga". After the entry(21)

“Sangvi” the entry(21A) “Vasantnagar” shall respectively be inserted.

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Loha”, Police station “Loha” respectively,

in column (7), after the entry (17) “Walkiwadi” shall be replace with "Walkewadi", (18) "Pimpalgaon Dange"

shall be replace with the "Pimplagaon Dhage", (19)"Dharvi" shall be replace with "Dhavri".

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Nanded”, Police station “Nanded Rural”

respectively, in column (7), after the entry (3) “Vishnupuri” the entry (3A) “Asarjan” , the entry (4B)

“Fattejangpur” shall respectively be inserted.

viii)

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Nanded”, Police station “Vajirabad”

respectively, in column (7), after the entry entry “(5) Nanded Waghala (MCorp)” shall be replace with "Nanded

Waghala".

ix)

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Nanded”, Police station Nanded Rural after

the entry (6) “Mujampeth” the entry (6A) “Rahimpur”, the entry (6B) “Vasarni”, the entry (6C) “Dhanegaon”,

after the entry (7) “Elechpur”, the entry (7A) “Fattepur” shall be respectively inserted.

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Nanded”, Police station Airport after the

entry (12) “Gadegaon”, the entry (12A) “Mahalja(Maltekdi)” shall be respectively inserted.

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Nanded”, Police station Airport after the

entry (13) “Kamtha kh.”, the entry (13A) “Sangvi BK” shall be respectively inserted.

xii)

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Ardhapur”, Police station “Ardhapur”

respectively, in column (7), after the entry “(5) Wahedpur”, against police station “Ardhapur” the entry “(5A)

Jamrun”, the entry “(5B) Rahimpur”, and the entry “(5C) Babapur” shall respectively be inserted.

xiii)

Against Serial number 4 relating to district “Nanded”, against taluka “Hadgaon”, Police station “Manatha”, in

column (6), after the entry “Hadgaon” Police Station shall respectively be inserted and against police station

“Manatha “, in column (7) the entry “(1) Choramba” after the entry “(1) Wakoda” of Police station Hadgaon

shall respectively be inserted.
