S.O. 3417(E).—In exercise of the powers

conferred on me under Section 8 (a) of the Customs

Act, 1962, I, Dr. K.N. Raghavan, Commissioner of

Customs, Custom House, Cochin, hereby declare the

following area of Cochin Port Trust, Willingdon Island,

Ernakulam district in the state of Kerala as per limits

specified in the Table below to be the "Customs Area",

for the purpose of unloading and loading of imported

Clinker.
