S.O.3508(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and

Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 1962 (Central Act 50 of 1962) the Central Government

hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum &

Natural Gas S.O. 313(E) dated 27th January, 2015 published in page No. 3 in part II, section 3, subsection (ii) of the

Gazette of India, dated 02nd February, 2015 namely : -

In the notification S.O. No. 313(E) dated 27th January, 2015 published in the gazette on 02nd February, 2015 :-

1. At the page No. 3 against Name of Tehsil “KESHARRAIPATAN” read “KESHAVRAIPATAN”
