NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2015

S.O. 3512(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central

Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby

makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—

In the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, in the Second Schedule,—

(a) under the heading “PUNJAB”, the serial number 31a. Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (CG) and the

entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(b)

under the heading “CHHATISGARH”, after serial number 31, the following serial number and entries

shall be inserted, namely:—
