(2) के साथ प!ठत, अ5खल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क9 धारा 3 क9 उपधारा (1) ;ारा द< त

श=य> का योग करते हुए, के@ A सरकार, "कनाटक" सरकार के परामश से भारतीय पुिलस सेवा (संवग पद संD या का

िनयतन) विनयमवली, 1955 म आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतF;ारा िन% निल5खत विनयम बनाती है, अथात्:—

1. (i)

ये विनयम भारतीय पुिलस सेवा (संवग पद संD या का िनयतन) तृतीय संशोधन विनयमावली -

2015 कहलाएंगे ।

(ii)

ये विनयम शासक9य राजप म इनके काशन क9 तारOख को वृ< त ह>गे ।

G.S.R. 1014(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services

Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central

Government, in consultation with the Government of Karnataka, hereby makes the following regulations further to

amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:—

(1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of cadre Strength) Third Amendment

Regulations, 2015.

इन िनयम> को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) तृतीय संशोधन िनयमावली, 2015 कहा जाएगा ।

(ii)

ये िनयम सरकारO राजप म उनके काशन क9 तारOख से वृ< त ह>गे।

भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2007 म :-

New Delhi, the 29th December, 2015

G.S.R. 1015(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services

Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the

following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
