प&ठत अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) क) धारा 3 क) उप धारा (1) ,ारा द- त शाि.य/ का
योग करते 1ए के3 4 सरकार, "झारखंड" सरकार के परामश से भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (संवग पद सं5 या का िनयतन)
िविनयम, 1955 म6 आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतद,ारा िन
निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अथात्:—

(1) इन िविनयम/ का नाम भारतीय शासिनक सेवा (संवग पद सं5 या का िनयतन) तृतीय संशोधन िविनयम,
2015 है।
(2) ये िविनयम शासक)य राजप= म6 इनके काशन क) तारीख को वृत ह/गे ।

G.S.R. 1012(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India
Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre)
Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Jharkhand, hereby makes the
following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength)
Regulations, 1955, namely:—

(i) These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength)
Third Amendment Regulations, 2015.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for
the heading “Jharkhand” and the(E)ntries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted

G.S.R. 1013(E).—In(E)xercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All
India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of
Jharkhand hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules,
2007, namely: —
