New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2015

S.O. 3525(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4(2) of Railway Servants (Hours of Work and Period

of Rest) Rules, 2005 under Section 136 of the Indian Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies

Shri Venugopal Reddy Gaddam (IRSEE 85), Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment as the Appellate

Authority to hear Appeals under the said Rules. This will take effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
