NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2015

S.O. 3559(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 984 (E), dated the 4th May 2011, published

in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 4th May 2011,

namely:—

In partial modification of the aforesaid Notification, for the words, letters and brackets "The Special Land Acquisition

Officer, National Highways Authority of India, Chitradurga", the words "Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways

Authority of India, Dharwad", shall be substituted, for the land acquisition of Four laning of Haveri to Belgaurn Section

from km. 340.000 to km . 515.000 of NH 4 in the State of Kamataka.
