NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2016

S.O. 23(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22C of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of

1986), the Central Government, in consultation with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission hereby

notifies Shimla as the seventeenth place other than New Delhi at which the said Commission shall perform its functions.
