सा.का.िन. 9(अ).—सीमाशु᭨ क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) कᳱ धारा 146 कᳱ उपधारा (2) के तहत

ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤीय उ᭜ पाद शु᭨ क एवं सीमा शु᭨ क बोडᭅ, क᭭ टम ᮩोकसᭅ लाइसᱶᳲसग रेगुलेश᭠ स, 2013 मᱶ

आगे और संशोधन के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाता है:-

1. (1) इन िविनयमᲂ को क᭭ ट᭥ स ᮩोकसᭅ लाइसᱶᳲसग (संशोधन) िविनयम, 2016 कहा जाएगा।

(2) यह सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ अपने ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवᳶतत हᲂगे।

2. उ᭍ त िविनयम मᱶ, िनयम 5 मᱶ, उपवा᭍ य (च), उप-उपवा᭍ य (ii) मᱶ, ‘सीए/एमबीए/एलएलबी श᭣ दᲂ के िलए,

‘सीए/एमबीए/एलएलबी/एसीएमए/एफसीएमए* श᭣ दᲂ को ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2016

G.S.R. 9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 146 of the Customs

Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations

further to amend the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Customs Brokers Licensing (Amendment) Regulations, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the said Regulations, in regulation 5, in clause (f), in sub-clause (ii), for the letters, ‘CA/MBA/LLB’,

the letters ‘CA/MBA/LLB/ACMA/FCMA’ shall be substituted.
