रा᭔ य के भीतर गेल (इि᭛ डया) िलिमटेड कᳱ सभी पाइपलाईनᲂ के िलये मानदेय आधार पर सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के

कायᲄ का िनवᭅहन करने के िलये ᮰ी रजनीकांत वरीय उप समाहताᭅ, िबहार सरकार, को ᮧािधकृत

करती है।

New Delhi, the 4th January, 2016

S.O. 40(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of

Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Rajni Kant, Senior Deputy

Collector, Government of Bihar on Honorarium basis to perform the functions of Competent Authority for all pipelines

of GAIL (India) Limited, under the said Act, within Bihar State.
