S.O. 80(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3267(E) dated
03.12.2015 had allowed relaxation in dimension in respect of thirty one semi-trailers of M/s Namakkal Transport Carriers
(P) Ltd., Chennai for their registration. In the schedule of the above notification, the heading of column 2 may be read as
“Goldhofer Serial No.” in place of “Chassis No.” and the heading of column 3 may be read as “Chassis No.” in place of
