सा.का.िन. 22(अ).— अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उपधारा (।)

᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए के᭠ ᮤ सरकार, संबंिधत रा᭔ य सरकारᲂ के परामशᭅ से, अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयु᭍ त

संवगᭅ) िनयमावली, 1972 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने हेतु एतद᳇ारा िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत,-

1. (1) इन िनयमᲂ को अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयु᭍ त संवगᭅ) संशोधन िनयमावली, 2016 कहा जा सकेगा।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से लागू हᲂगे ।

2. अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं (संयु᭍ त संवगᭅ) िनयमावली, 1972 के िनयम 4 मᱶ, उप िनयम (2) के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत उप

िनयम ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, नामत:

“(2) संवैधािनक रा᭔ यᲂ कᳱ सरकारᲂ के ᮧितिनिध, िज᭠ हᱶ ऐसे रा᭔ यᲂ कᳱ सरकारᲂ ᳇ारा िविन᳸द᭬ ट ᳰकया गया है, अिखल

भारतीय सेवा के सद᭭ य हᲂगे।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th January, 2016

G.S.R. 22(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All

India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Governments of

the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the All India Services (Joint

Cadre) Rules, 1972, namely:-

1.

(i) These Regulations may be called the All India Services (Joint Cadre) Amendment Rules, 2016

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In rule 4 of the All India Services (Joint Cadre) Rules, 1972, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule

shall be substituted, namely:-

“(2) The representatives of the Governments of the Constituent States, as specified by the

Governments of such States, shall be members of an All India Service.”
