अिधसूचना सं का. आ. 2457 (अ) के अिधमण म क सरकार एतद ारा िनदेश देती है क 31 दसंबर, 2016 से

कोई भी (ि) जब तक क नागर िवमानन महािनदेशालय ारा इसके िलए लाइसस न दया गया हो, र-ा सेना

हवाई अ.े सिहत कसी भी हवाई अ.े को/से कोई भी अनुसूिचत िवमान प1रवहन सेवाएँ चािलत नह3 करेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2016

S.O. 91(E).—In pursuance of provision to rule 78 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, and in

supersession of the notification No. S.O. 2457(E) dated 21^st August, 2015 published in the Gazette

of India, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 08^th September, 2015, the Central Government

hereby directs that no person shall operate scheduled air transport services to/from an aerodrome

including Defence aerodromes with effect from 31^st December, 2016 unless it has been licensed by

the Director General of Civil Aviation.
