का.आ.120(अ).- भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा पᳯरषद अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 102) कᳱ धारा 32 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ

शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार एतद᳇ारा िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाती है नामतः-

1.

(i) इन िनयमᲂ को भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा पᳯरषद (ᳩातकोᱫर िचᳰक᭜सा िशᭃा सिमित) िनयम, 1961 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

2. “भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा पᳯरषद (ᳩातकोᱫर) िचᳰक᭜सा िशᭃा सिमित िनयम, 1961”, िजसमᱶ आगे 27.10.2000 तक

संशोधन ᳰकया गया था, मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत पᳯरवधᭅन/आशोधन/िवलोपन/ᮧित᭭थापन को दशाᭅया जाएगाः-

3. “पᳯरषद कᳱ बैठक” शीषᭅक के अंतगᭅत ख᭛ड 6 (2) मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकया जाएगाः

“सिमित कᳱ बैठक के गठन के कोरम मᱶ चार सद᭭य उपि᭭थत होने चािहए।”

(2) ᭭वा᭭᭝य और पᳯरवार क᭨याण मंᮢालय, भारत सरकार कᳱ ᳰदनांक 27 अ᭍टूबर, 2000 कᳱ अिधसूचना वी.1012/2/98-

एमई (यूजी) ᳇ारा आगे संशोधन ᳰकया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th January, 2016

S.O.120(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102

of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules namely:—

1.

(i) These rules may be called the Indian Medical Council (Post-graduate Medical Education Committee)

Rules, 1961.

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the “Indian Medical Council (Post Graduate) Medical Education Committee Rules, 1961”, further amended

till 27.10.2000, the following additions/ modifications/ deletions/ substitutions, shall be as indicated therein:-

In Clause 6(2) under the heading “Meeting of the Council”, the following shall substitute:-

“The quorum to constitute the meeting of the committee shall be presence of four members.”
