का.आ. 123(अ).—के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार ने कोयला धारक ᭃेᮢ (अजᭅन और िवकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का

20) (िजसे इसमᱶ इसके प᭫ चात् उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) कᳱ धारा 7 कᳱ उपधारा (1) के अधीन ज़ारी भारत सरकार

के कोयला मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎ या का.आ. 12, तारीख 30 ᳰदस᭥ बर, 2014 ᳇ारा जो भारत के राजपᮢ, भाग II,

ख᭛ ड 3, उपख᭛ ड (ii), तारीख 3 जनवरी, 2015 मᱶ ᮧकािशत कᳱ गई थी, उ᭍ त अिधसूचना से संल᭏ न अनुसूची मᱶ यथा

िविन᳸द᭬ ट पᳯरᭃेᮢ मᱶ 148.34 हे᭍ टर (लगभग) या 366.54 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूिम मᱶ या उस पर के सभी

अिधकारᲂ के अजᭅन करने के अपने आशय कᳱ सूचना दी थी;

और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ने उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 8 के अनुसरण मᱶ के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार को अपनी ᳯरपोटᭅ दे दी है ;

और के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार का, पूवᲃ᭍ त ᳯरपोटᭅ पर िवचार करने के प᭫ चात् और महारा᭬ ᮝ सरकार से परामशᭅ करने के

प᭫ चात् यह समाधान हो गया है, ᳰक इसे संल᭏ न अनुसूची मᱶ यथा वᳺणत 137.49 हे᭍ टर (लगभग) या 339.74 एकड़

(लगभग) माप वाली भूिम और ऐसी भूिम मᱶ या उस पर के सभी अिधकार अᳶजत ᳰकए जाने चािहए ;

अत:, अब, के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार, कोयला धारक ᭃेᮢ (अजᭅन और िवकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) कᳱ धारा

9 कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए यह घोषणा करती है ᳰक, अनुसूची मᱶ वᳺणत 137.49 हे᭍ टर

(लगभग) या 339.74 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूिम मᱶ या उस पर के सभी अिधकार अᳶजत ᳰकए जाते हᱹ ।

इस अिधसूचना के अंतगᭅत आने वाले ᭃेᮢ के रेखांक सं᭎ या सी-1(ई)/।।।/एफआर/923-1115, तारीख 19 नव᭥ बर,

MINISTRY OF COAL

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2016

S.O. 123(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal

number S.O. 12, dated the 30^th December, 2014, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal

Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said

Act) and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 3^rd January, 2015,

the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire all rights in or over the land measuring

148.34 hectares (approximately) or 366.54 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule annexed to that

notification ;

And whereas the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report

to the Central Government;

And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting to

the Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the land measuring 137.49 hectares (approximately) or

339.74 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule appended

hereto, should be acquired ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal

Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, (20 of 1957) the Central Government hereby

declares that with all rights in or over such land measuring 137.49 hectares (approximately) or 339.74 acres

(approximately) as described in the Schedule are hereby acquired.

The plan bearing number C-1(E)III/FR/923-1115, dated the 19^th November, 2015 of the area

covered by this notification, may be inspected in the office of the Collector, District Nagpur (Maharashtra)

or in the office of the Coal Controller, 1,Council House Street, Kolkata- 700 001 or in the office of the

General Manager, Western Coalfields Limited (Revenue Department), Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur –

440 001 (Maharashtra).
